Our group started back in 2010. We were outdoor-loving friends who wanted to stay fit to pursue our favourite activities (hiking, running, skiing, rock climbing, mountaineering, paragliding, swimming, ...) but did not fancy the idea of going to a traditional fitness centre. We decided to hire a professional fitness coach once a week to get us in shape, and other like-minded people joined our group over time. In 2018, we created FIT2xplor, a non-profit club, to ensure the long-term stability of the group and offer an alternative to those who could not commit to attending a training session every week.
We meet once a week, on Tuesdays (see schedule), for 1½ hour, and we share the cost of our coach (Prepamax). If you are interested and would like to train in a friendly atmosphere, contact us or simply join us for a free trial session.
